This isn't just a sales job, it's a launchpad. Our customers don't just buy from us; they come back, bring their friends, and trust us with every upgrade. That trust is built by our people, and we're adding three more to the team.
THE ROLE
What you'll own
- Leads: Respond fast and follow up relentlessly. Turn every enquiry, whether walk-in, call, WhatsApp, or online, into a conversation worth having. No lead left behind.
- Customers: Build real relationships, not one-off transactions. Understand what each customer actually needs, recommend the right solution, and become the name they ask for by name.
- Experience: Own the customer journey end to end, from first hello to after-sales follow-up. Make every interaction so good that customers can't help but tell others about us.
- Results: Hit and beat your sales targets, keep your pipeline clean and updated, and share what's working so the whole team wins.
YOU
What you'll bring
- A genuine passion for technology and helping people, you're the friend everyone asks before buying a laptop.
- Strong communication skills and a warm, confident presence, in person and on the phone.
- Hunger to hit targets and the discipline to follow up until the deal is done.
- A team-first attitude, you celebrate others' wins as loudly as your own.
- Sales or retail experience is a plus, but attitude beats experience. If you're driven and coachable, we'll train you.
