What UPS solutions do you offer?
We provide UPS systems from 1kVA upwards, including online double-conversion, line-interactive, rack-mounted and tower models, for offices, server rooms and data centres.
Can UPS systems be monitored remotely?
Yes. Selected EAST models include SNMP cards or support network management, so you can monitor status, receive alerts and run diagnostics remotely.
How long does UPS battery backup last?
Runtime depends on the load and battery configuration. Standard configurations provide 5 to 15 minutes at full load, and external battery packs can extend this to several hours.
Do you provide UPS installation and maintenance?
Yes. Our technical team and partners provide installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance and support.
Is your UPS suitable for growing data centres?
Yes. Our rack-mounted and scalable UPS options are designed to grow with your infrastructure.
What warranty is included with EAST UPS products?
